DigDrum Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the DigDrum Affiliate Programme.
By applying to or participating in the programme, you agree to these Terms.
DigDrum reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
Applications are welcome from individuals and businesses who genuinely support positive, reward-based dog training and enrichment.
We particularly welcome:
- Dog trainers
- Behaviourists
- Canine professionals
- Content creators
- Bloggers
- Social media creators
- Veterinary professionals
- Pet businesses
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Provide accurate application information.
- Promote DigDrum honestly and responsibly.
- Support force-free, positive reinforcement training methods.
- Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
Acceptance into the programme is entirely at DigDrum's discretion.
3. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes
Approved affiliates will receive:
- A unique affiliate tracking link.
- A unique customer discount code.
- Access to affiliate resources and promotional materials.
Affiliate links and codes must not be altered or transferred to another individual without written permission.
4. Commission
Affiliates currently receive:
- 10% commission on qualifying net sales.
- Customers receive 10% off using the affiliate's code.
Commission is calculated after:
- Discounts
- Refunds
- VAT where applicable
- Shipping charges
Only completed, eligible orders tracked through the affiliate platform qualify for commission.
5. Payment
Commission becomes payable once:
- the order has been fulfilled;
- the return period has expired; and
- no refund or chargeback has occurred.
Payments are made through the affiliate platform on a monthly basis, subject to any applicable minimum payout threshold.
DigDrum reserves the right to delay payment where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates should promote DigDrum in a truthful and responsible manner.
Affiliates must not:
- Make misleading claims.
- Claim DigDrum cures anxiety or behavioural disorders.
- Make veterinary or medical claims.
- Misrepresent product features.
-Use aggressive or misleading sales tactics.
- Suggest DigDrum replaces training or veterinary advice.
Affiliates should promote DigDrum as an enrichment toy that supports natural digging instincts through positive play.
7. Advertising Standards
Affiliates are responsible for complying with:
- UK Advertising Standards (ASA/CAP Code)
- FTC endorsement guidance (where applicable)
- Local advertising regulations
Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed using appropriate identifiers such as:

8. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved DigDrum logos, images and marketing assets supplied through the affiliate portal.
Affiliates may not:
- Modify logos without permission.
- Create misleading advertisements.
- Register domains or social accounts containing the DigDrum name.
- Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of DigDrum.
9. Intellectual Property
All DigDrum trademarks, branding, photography, videos and written materials remain the property of DigDrum.
Affiliates receive a limited licence to use approved materials solely for promoting DigDrum while participating in the programme.
10. Prohibited Activity
Affiliates must not:
- Bid on DigDrum trademark terms in paid search advertising without written permission.
- Purchase traffic solely to generate affiliate commission.
- Spam email, forums or social media.
- Use cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking methods.
- Generate fake orders.
- Use misleading discount messaging.
- Encourage customers to return products after commission has been earned.
Violation may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
DigDrum reserves the right to remove affiliates immediately for:
- misleading promotion;
- breach of these Terms;
- fraudulent activity;
- conduct that may damage the DigDrum brand.
Following termination:
- affiliate links will be deactivated;
- unpaid commission relating to fraudulent or invalid sales will be cancelled;
- approved outstanding commission will be paid in the normal payment cycle.
12. Liability
DigDrum shall not be liable for:
- interruptions to the affiliate platform;
- tracking failures beyond our reasonable control;
- indirect or consequential losses.
Total liability shall not exceed unpaid commission due to the affiliate.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
